2019 Legal Lean Sigma® & Project Management Yellow Belt

Legal Lean Sigma is a two-day program where attendees will get a solid foundation of Process Improvement (PI) methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), tools and concepts. Attendees will also leave with a better understanding of the various stages of Project Management (PM). This session is hands-on and will include simulated exercises as well as group and table-team work. Note that there are no prerequisites to take this course. After the program, all candidates who successfully complete the course will receive their Yellow Belt Certification in Legal Lean Sigma and Project Management from the Legal Lean Sigma Institute.
