Office Administrator

     Folger Levin has an opening for an Office Administrator to lead and manage certain day-to-day operations of the firm, including human resources and benefits, facilities management, coordination with the firm's IT consultant, client development operations and contact management. The Office Administrator also prepares the firm's budget, handles some aspects of client billing, manages the firm's insurance and serves as backup to the Accounting Manager. In addition, the Office Administrator supervises six staff members, and serves as a key resource for non-attorney employees.

Our practice areas include labor and employment, estate planning, litigation, and corporate and real estate.
     Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of law firm office management and human resource experience, strong oral and written communication skills, a high comfort-level with technology issues, excellent organizational skills, and a college degree. Ideal candidates will also have a desire to become a key member of the firm's leadership, working collaboratively with colleagues who genuinely enjoy working with each other. For this position, Folger Levin is willing to consider candidates interested in a five days per week, 80% schedule.
