Seeking an experienced Director of Administration and Finance to provide the leadership, management and vision for a small, top-rated firm to ensure proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems are in place to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The firm is engaged in a general civil practice with an emphasis on representing clients in matters involving, business and corporate, business and employment litigation, public finance, real estate, and affordable housing (single and multi-family) including tax credits.
Overall long-term strategic planning and direction of all administrative functions, including management of timekeeping, billing, accounting (including account reconciliations), financial management (creating and monitoring annual budget, monitoring cash flow), technology, HR management, facilities management, managing required Federal, state and local tax filings, licensing filings, etc., and other administrative functions. Minimum 5-7 years progressive experience as an office administrator or senior level business manager in a professional services firm.
