California  - Redwood Shores

A leading Northern California based firm specializing in plaintiffs' litigation seeks an experienced Office Administrator. This position allows for full-time remote work with occasional post-pandemic visits to the Redwood Shores office. The areas of responsibility include overall administrative management and support for 6 attorneys and 4 legal support staff. In addition, the Office Administrator will handle areas of human resource administration, financial management, training coordination, records management, technology, facilities, and general office operations.

This position will report to the Managing Partner. Requirements include a college degree, preferably in management, strong knowledge of human resources disciplines and 5+ years of administrative management experience in a law firm or professional services setting. Knowledge of California state specific employment laws would be helpful but not necessary.

Employment Type: full-time
Compensation: commensurate with experience
