  • At least 3-years' experience as either a Chief of Staff or an EA to a C-level executive.
  • Significant experience drafting crisp correspondence.
  • The ability to reduce noise and efficiently provide key information to the Managing Partner.
  • High-level motivation and initiative – you are always thinking of ways to make things better.


  • Act as the Managing Partner's "Right Hand".
  • Build on your previous experience as a Chief of Staff to a C-suite exec.
  • Identify and execute on priorities.
  • Be a key member of our Team.
