Bauman Loewe Witt & Maxwell, PLLC is seeking an experienced Administrator to work out of its Scottsdale, AZ office. The Firm Administrator is responsible for all aspects of firm management and is an integral part of the management team. The ability to wear multiple administrative hats is a necessity.


The scope of responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:

• Facilities Management;

• Human Resources
o Recruitment of new attorneys and staff;
o Onboarding and training new hires;
o Administer employee benefits;
o Supervision of non-attorney staff;
o Development and implementation of Firm Policies and Procedures;
o Conduct year-end reviews;
o All other aspects of employee management as directed by Management Team.

• Information Technology
o Troubleshoot IT issues and escalate as necessary;
o Work with Management Team and IT Vendor to evaluate and implement new strategies;
o Create new hire accounts on all systems;
o Maintain Firm website and intranet;
o Purchase and setup new computer equipment;
o Maintain telephone system;
o All other IT functions necessary for the day-to-day operations of the firm;

• Accounting
o Firm Accounts Payable including payment of Firm Operating Expenses;
o Handle Accounts Receivables and Deposits;
o Handle Firm Billings
o Employee Payroll;
o Monthly and Yearly Close Procedures;
o Provide financial reports to management team;
o Work with firm CPA as necessary;
o All other aspects of the financial needs of the Firm and as assigned by the management team
