Entity Management Specialist

McLane Middleton, a leading New England-based law firm, is seeking an Entity Management Specialist in our Manchester, New Hampshire office. Reporting to the Director of Information Governance, the Entity Management Specialist will support entity data tracking and records maintenance for the firm's corporate clients. The ideal candidate is an individual that is a team player, enjoys a fast-paced environment, has an ability to multi-task, trouble-shoot, navigate change well and maintain a positive attitude. The position will be based in the firm's Manchester, New Hampshire or Woburn, Massachusetts office.


Responsibilities:
• Review and process client corporate records; perform data entry according to standard operating procedures
• Run docket reports and respond to requests for data
• Coordinate tasks and other follow-up items received from legal professionals to records management and the Corporate Department
• Perform data remediation, along with backlog data entry work
• Perform quality assurance checks and periodic reviews to ensure conformance with data maintenance standards
• Assist the Director of Information Governance with the development of procedures
• Enter trust entity data and confirm data values with legal and administrative professionals
• Perform various file maintenance and records management tasks
• Provide training to legal professionals and administrative staff
Qualifications:
• Associates degree or above or equivalent experience required
• Prior relevant paralegal experience or subject matter expertise preferred
• Experience working with databases and document management systems preferred
• Must observe the strictest confidentiality
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Ability to multi-task and meet daily/monthly/annual deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
