Clark Hill PLC is seeking a Director of Administration to be located in either the Pittsburgh, Detroit, or Dallas office. This new strategic leadership role has overall responsibility for delivering administrative support services firmwide. This Director is responsible for leading a firmwide team of Office Managers, along with Clark Hill’s premier CHART team (“Clark Hill Administrative Resource Team”), and office services. Responsibilities for this role include (i) optimizing efficiencies across all offices while supporting overall priorities of the firm; and (ii) ensuring smooth administrative operations. The successful candidate must be experienced with managing core operations and the complexities of a remote workforce. This position requires a strategic thinker who has the ability to develop, plan, and manage an evolving support model. Dedicated internal customer focus with a strong financial and business acumen required. Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the legal industry, while having at least three years of experience developing and implementing goals and strategy in support of the larger organization. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $150,000 - $185,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
