2019 Exhibit Space Application and Contract

Agreement

It is understood that this application will become a binding contract upon acceptance by ALA, and incorporated into this contract are the following terms, conditions and the Rules and Regulations.

A. Payment Policy: Applications must be accompanied by payment in full. CONTRACTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PROPER PAYMENT. No exceptions will be made.

GOLD SPONSORSHIP (includes 20x20 booth space): $26,000

SILVER SPONSORSHIP (includes 10x20 booth space) $16,000

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP (includes 10x10 booth space): $7500

Booth Pricing:

10' x 10' booth: $3,950

10' x 10' corner booth: $4,150 (Subject to availability)

10' x 20' booth: $7,750

10' x 30' booth: $11,500

20' x 20' booth: $15,250

B. Contract Acceptance: The ALA reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion in acceptance or refusal of applications. If an applicant is not accepted by ALA, all money paid will be returned to the applicant.

C. Space Assignments: Priority for space assignments is based on previous ALA commitment and date of received agreement (see Rules and Regulations).

D. Cancellations: Mustbe made in writing and receive approval from ALA. Full cancellation,without penalty is available until 8/31/18. If space is canceled by anexhibitor on or before November 1st, 2018, a refund will be made for 50%of the total balance of exhibit space reserved. There will be no refundsmade to companies canceling November 2nd, 2018 or later.
