Navigating Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace
The more uncertain, complex and ambiguous our working environments become, the more critical a genuinely agile workforce is to success. We’re regularly called to progress faster, while pivoting on short notice. Staying agile demands developing and using our emotional intelligence (EQ) — a crucial skill needed to sustain a safe, healthy and productive workplace.
